Fit For 2 Classes

Mummy & Baby Aerobics
A specifically tailored aerobics class to help new mothers regain their fitness levels and body alignment. Babies are included in these classes too! Suitable for all new mothers and babies up to the age of 6 months.
 
Mummy & Baby Fit Ball
Fit Balls are used in this class to help new mothers regain their fitness levels and body alignment. Babies love to help mummy out with the ball exercises. Suitable for all new mothers and babies up to the age of 6 months.
 
Pregnancy Aerobics
A specifically tailored aerobics class to maintain fitness levels of pregnant mothers. The class consists of aerobic activity as well as toning exercises for the different stages of the pregnancy. Energising! Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
 
Pregnancy Fit Ball
A lower intensity class with the same objective of keeping the pregnant woman fit. A class which ends with specific relaxation time to help induce a sense of well being for both mother and baby. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
